dry coughs, head and stomach ache, what is it?
i first had a headache like dizzyness with dry coughs(nonetheless in progress) 6 weeks ago then i have now a poor stomach ache(when i go to washroom it really is ok), what are these signs and symptoms?

you really should go to the docter, i know that stomacje aches can mean gall bladder stones and i think about headaches also.
then once more if you dont get enough vitamins you would get a head ache, dizziness and stomache aches, i feel the dry cough is simply a cold.
