Natasha Robinson-Link, PhD, integrates CBT and ACT approaches to help people with eating disorders, behavioral weight loss, and mood disorders.
A licensed clinical psychologist, she has extensive training with evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). She currently works as a staff psychologist at Penn Medicine's Center for Weight and Eating Disorders and the Center for CBT and Mindfulness.
